PETER MCDONALD

Having started his career in Sydney Pete has worked for a vast range of highly reputable companies and some extremely high profile characters. Pete started out at Hanna Barbara working on ‘The Flintstones’ and ‘Scooby Doo’ before moving to work on ‘Winnie The Pooh’ at Walt Disney Pictures. After a switch to Warner Brothers he decided to try his talented hand at freelance. The freelance work allowed for Pete to grasp a more commercial character conceptualisation and development. From ‘George of the Jungle 2’, ‘Coco-Pops’, ‘The Paddle Pop Lion’, through to the more recent ‘Lynx’ campaign Pete has certainly experienced a broad variety of animation.

Pete’s passion for animation lies in the conceptualisation of characters and creative direction. Creative direction allows Pete to ensure the characters are interpreted and expressed cohesively from the 2 dimensional to 3D. It is through 27 years of experience within the industry that Pete can produce truly outstanding work and we are truly excited about Pete working with TUSK in 2007.
