A big welcome goes out to Canterbury from the team at Tusk. We've been hard at work over the last couple of months working with Clay and the team on a really cool and interesting project. Tusk were approached by Canterbury a little while ago, siting our experience in similar projects we had completed in the past - but this one is taking it to the next level! Initially, the development was commissioned for Canterbury (Aus) and Canterbury (NZ) but as soon as the other global divisions (UK, Asia etc.) were shown through what was being developed, they immediately saw the potential in being able to capitalise on what was being developed for AUS / NZ and customising for use within their own regional markets.
We can't say too much at the moment but we'll be launching soon and you will all be able to check it out for yourselves.

Karen and the team at Karen Neilsen Collection are hosting a unique event on Saturday 23rd, October. The 'Pink Ribbon High Tea Parade' will raise money for breast cancer research and celebrate the release of the 'Aloha, Hearst and Flowers' 2010 swimwear collection.

On their road back to business glory, Levi have been largely focusing their resources on building a strong brand following once again, with edgy design collaborations, diverse ad campaigns and now Levi Photo Workshops for the all the photographers of New York City. These branded personal touch point’s are successfully converging customers with the brand for ongoing time periods instead of the usual print ad medium for example.
Tusk Agency received a MACCA award for the 'Best Website' in front of a sold out event on Saturday evening. The award was for the website which we designed for the Gold Coast Suns Football Club. We are very happy with this achievement and would like to thank everyone who was involved in the awards evening.
Tiger beer have recently launched a campaign in the UK, aptly named “Know the Not Known” which aims at rewarding curious consumers. The beer brand have partnered with Vice to put on a number of secret events which showcase a selection of not yet known artists, designers, musicians, and cinematographers in cool locations. If you are lucky enough to get a spot for these limited space events, all the food, beer and entertainment is on Tiger.
To coincide with the launch of the new Range Rover Evoque, Sculptor Benedict Radcliffe was commissioned to design a three dimensional wire frame of the new vehicle, which was then interpreted by four different artists who created installations which were displayed around Paris. The 'Surface to Air' project has succeeded in creating word of mouth for the new vehicle in a very distinctive way, which compliments the vehicles contemporary brand image.
Youtube Channels are continuing to be a great form of advertising for companies, especially now that there are opportunities to design fully integrated ad campaigns which link back to commerce sites. The new French Connection Youtique channel does just this, with styling videos, collection videos, social links, and links back to the online store to purchase garments. It is a simple way to drive sales using an additional revenue stream to compliment French Connections tangible sales mediums. (Designed by Poke London).
